Chris Wilcox of the NBA Detroit Pistons, who grew up locally in Whiteville and won the NCAA Championship at the University of Maryland, has witnessed the harm caused by Lupus, a debilitating disease that hampers and attacks the immune system.

Tragically, two of his aunts lost their battle with Lupus and his sister suffers from it. Help Chris raise funds for research in hopes of finding the cause and cure for Lupus by joining him and his NBA friends July 10th at the Arnold Palmer designed Myrtle Beach National Golf Club for his 2nd Annual Charity Golf Outing.
